The International Air Transport Association (IATA) has certified Air Serbia for Level 2 of NDC certification (New Distribution Capability), ranking it among the world's leading airlines that have adapted its distribution system to modern communication methods.

Air Serbia will today begin selling tickets for flights between Kraljevo and Vienna via agencies and Air Serbia Contact Centre. The first flight from the Morava Airport to the Austrian capital will be on 17 December.

“Have it your way” campaign, developed by Communis DDB for Air Serbia, has won an award at the Integrated Communication Festival – Kaktus 2019, in the category of Profit Integrated Campaign. In addition to this category, the national airline’s marketing campaign was in the running for another three awards – Content marketing, Other Markets and Influencer Marketing Campaign.

From today (Sunday, 27 October) Air Serbia switches to the winter flight schedule, which will last until 28 March 2020. During the peak of the season in December and January, the national airline will operate 596 flights a week, which is an increase of 90 flights, or almost 18 percent over to the same period last year. In the less frequent part of the season, it will operate 532 weekly flights, which is an increase of 102 flights or 24 percent more than in the same period last winter.

During the month of August, owing to the great interest of travelers, Air Serbia will increase the flight frequency for flights between Belgrade and Tivat. The national carrier of the Republic of Serbia will serve the Montenegrin seaside from the Serbian capital up to 26 times weekly. In this manner, travelers will have almost two thousand additional seats available to them on Air Serbia's Airbus and ATR aircraft serving this route. It should be reiterated that the Serbian national carrier introduced direct non-stop flights between Niš and Tivat on 16 July.

In June, Air Serbia will be introducing direct flights to no less than nine new cities, which is the biggest number of new destinations since 2013, when the company started operating under its current name. With the introduction of regular year-round flights to Kiev, Madrid, Barcelona, Rijeka, Krasnodar, Helsinki and Cairo, as well as seasonal routes to Nice and Zadar, the national airline is increasing the number of its destinations by almost 20%.

Conceived in close collaboration with the artist herself, the exhibition The Cleaner is the first major European retrospective of Marina Abramović. The exhibition made its debut in 2017 at the Moderna Museet (Stockholm, Sweden), and has subsequently travelled to the Louisiana Museum of Modern Art (Humlebæk, Denmark), Henie Onstad Kunstsenter (Oslo, Norway), Bundeskunsthalle (Bonn, Germany), Fondazione Palazzo Strozzi (Florence, Italy) and the Centre of Contemporary Art “Znaki Czasu” (Toruń, Poland). The Belgrade exhibition is the last stop on this tour, and it holds unique significance as it represents theartist’s return to her place of birth, where her career began, and where she last had a solo exhibition in 1975, at the Salon of the Museum of Contemporary Art.
